We know that  <POR and <ROS equal 31 degrees, so 3y+7+y=31. If you combine the 3y and y you get 4y+7=31. Now we subtract 7 from each side and get 4y=24. Then we divide 4 from each side and get y=6, and <ROS= 7+y which is now 7+6 which equals 13.
