We will use Partial quotients to find the quotient and remainder of 4024 divided by 68.

Step 1: [tex]68 \times 50 = 3400[/tex]

Now, we will subtract 3400 from 4024,

we get remainder as 624.

Step 2: [tex]68 \times 5 = 340[/tex]

Subtracting 340 from 624,

we get remainder as 284.

Step 3: [tex]68 \times 4 = 272[/tex]

Subtracting 272 from 284,

we get remainder as 12.

So, Quotient = [tex]50 + 5+ 4 = 59[/tex]  and Remainder is 12.
