we are given

[tex]I=3.8 \times 10^6[/tex]

[tex]I_0=1[/tex]

now, we can use formula

[tex]R=log(\frac{I}{I_0} )[/tex]

now, we can plug these values

we get

[tex]R=log(\frac{3.8 \times 10^6}{1} )[/tex]

[tex]R=6.57978[/tex]............Answer
