I think its when Napoleon spread the idea of nationalism to all the countries he ruled and when he loosed power and the kings took back over their people they couldn't stop the people from believing in nationalism and that is not good for kings because once a country or nation becomes nationalized they don't need a king anymore they are governed by a president
