if ln= 6x-5 lm=x+7 mn= 3x+2- find mn

By using this it works:

[tex]LN + LM = MN[/tex]

Then we can drive:

[tex](6x-5) + (x+7) = 3x-2[/tex]

and by adding the like terms... :

[tex]7x+2 = 3x-2\\    4 x= -4\\x=-1[/tex]
