This question is called a system. You should make it where the X or Y is opposite to the other. So, I will multiply the entire first equation by -3 and make it -3x-3y=0. Then, add this and the second equation together.

You should now have -5y=10. divide by -5. y=-2. Now, plug y in to find x.

x should equal 2. This means that your answer is B, (2,-2).
