b(1) = 4(2)¹ = 4 *  2 =     8
b(2) = 4(2)² = 4 *  4 =   16
b(3) = 4(2)³ = 4 *  8 =   32
b(4) = 4(2)⁴ = 4 *16 =   64
b(5) = 4(2)⁵ = 4 *32 = 128

8 + 16 + 32 + 64 + 128 = 248
248 / 5 = 49.60
