Answer with explanation:

It is given that  line ,

4 x+y=b , is tangent to the Parabola →y=a x².

At,x=4

→y=a × 4²

→y=16 a

Point (4, 16 a) lies on the line, 4 x+y=b.

→4 × 4 +1 6 a=b

→ 16 +1 6 a= b

→ 16 a -b+16=0

This is linear equation of line in terms of a and b.On a line infinite number of points lie.So, a and b can take infinite number of ordered pair of values.
