m=-40h+130
Indeed
 A=(1/2,110)
B=(3,10)

y-10=(10-110/(3-1/2)(x-3)
==>y=-100/(5/2)*(x-3) +10
==>y=-40x+120+10
==>y=-40x+130
(or m=-40h+130 )
