3t = 7k/13  - 17

3t + 17 = 7k/13

13*(3t + 17) = 7k

7k =  13*(3t + 17)

7k = 39t + 221

k = (39t + 221) / 7

b)

7k = 4k/3t -  11t

11t = 4k/3t - 7k              LCM = 3t

11t =  (4k - 21kt) / 3t

11t*3t = (4k - 21kt)

33t² = k(4 - 21t)

33t² /(4 - 21t)  = k

k =  33t² /(4 - 21t)
