How does the graph of f(x)=-3x^2 compare with the graph of g(x)=x^2 ?

Answer:

We notes that f(x)=-3x^2=-3g(x), so f can be represent by g(x).

g(x), for every x is positive because for every x, x^2>0.

Because f(x)=-3g(x), for every x f(x) will be negative.

f(x)=0 if g(x)=0 so they have one in commen point, that point is (0,0).

So, we also can see that for every value of x, exept x=0, apsolute value of f(x) is greater than g(x). Its because in f(x) every value of g(x) will be multiple with 3. Therefore, f(x) is “closer” to y-axis

Im the end, you can graph those two function and see differences.
