the equation f(x) = ax^2 + bx + c where a, b and c are constants.

f(2) = 3
f(2) = 4a + 2b + c = 3

f'(x) = 2ax + b
f'(2) = 5
f'(2) = 2a*2 + b = 5 = 4a + b -- > equation of the tangent line
