[tex]3xy-28=16x[/tex]

[tex]3xy=16x+28[/tex]    [tex]Add \ 28 \ to \ both \ sides[/tex]

[tex]xy= \dfrac{16x+28}{3} [/tex]  [tex]Divide \ both \ sides \ by \ 3[/tex]

[tex]xy= \dfrac{4(4x+7)}{3} [/tex]   [tex]Factor \ out \ the \ common \ term \ 4[/tex]

[tex]y= \dfrac{4(4x+7)}{3x} [/tex]    [tex]Divide \ both \ sides \ by \ x[/tex]
