We have to calculate the Jim´s hourly rate, and Susan´s hourly rate.

Jim´s hourly rate=$41.25 / 5 hours=$8.25/hour
Susan´s hourly rate=$30.00/4 hours=$7.5/hour

Therefore:
Susan´s hourly rate<Pierre´s hourly rate<Jim´s hourly rate

$7.5<Pierre´s hourly rate<$8.25

The answer would be: B  $7.75, because:  $7.5<$7.75<$8.25
