you need to use the midpoint formula
MN is [-3,2] sorry but not really sure about this because they are just two points and don't seem as segment.But when it asks for MN I don't know what to say else.
and midpoint of MN is -1/2
because
x=(x1+x2)/2=(-3+2)/2=-1/2
