no 59 is not divisible by 3 without a remainder
a trick to threes is adding the digits together if u can divide by three then its divisible by 3
for example 59 5+9=14 which cannot be divided by 3 without a remainder
another example is 57 5+7=12 so it can be divided by 3
57 ÷ 3 = 19
