You make the whole number into a improper fraction. For example, your picture is showing 9 18/25. 25x9=225. 225+18=243.   Therefore that is 243/25. That will be converted to 9.72. Hopefully this helped. Give me Brainliest Answer!

Turn it into an improper fraction. So the improper fraction of 9 18/25 is 243/25 and when you divide 243 by 25 you get 9.72. To turn them into improper fractions, multiply the denominator by the whole number, then add the numerator the the answer.
