Answer: Jim can paint 11 chairs.

Step-by-step explanation:  if 5 chairs is 11.3 then 10 chairs are 22.6 and if you want to know how much is on 24.86 you divide 11.3 with 5 because then you can add with 1 chair at a time which is 2.26 and then you add 2.26 which is exactly 24.86. 5+5+1 is 12.

10 chairs=22.6

11 chairs=24.86
