A lift that weighs 300 N moves a man with a weight of 950 N upwards by 12 m. How much work is done to move the lift this height?

Work done formula - work done(J) = Force (N) x Distance (m)
300N + 950N = 1250N
1250N x 12m = 15000J
Answer = 15000J of work is done.
