Dear Director.
Through this letter, I ask for a five-day leave so that I can attend a family event, traditional of my family, in Sharjah. I have been a regular student and I have presented good grades and good behavior during my stay at this school and I will try very hard to make up for this lost time, if you consider it appropriate to give me leave, since family traditions are so important.
