Find a line parallel to y=.75x−6 and passes thru (4, 5)

y = 0.75x - 6

If the line is parallel then the gradient is the same

Substitute in the values x = 4 and y = 5

5 = 0.75x4 +c
5 = 1 + c
c = 4

The equation of the line:
Y = 0.75x + 4
