For f(x) = 3x - 5 and g(x) = x^2 + 2, find (f+ g)(x)​

Answer:

(3x - 5) + (x^2 + 2)

Combine like terms.

x^2 + 3x -3 = 0

Use quadratic formula to find answers because I did not find an exact number.
