First of all, if you don't know already, eugenics was Developed largely by Sir Francis Galton as a method of "improving" the human race. Now can it be classified as a type of science? The answer is no. According to Edwin Black, "Eugenics is often deemed a pseudoscience because what is defined as a genetic improvement of the desired trait is a cultural choice rather than a matter that can be determined through objective scientific inquiry."
