I believe that it will help in the long run because if she does decide to get pregnant she will know what to do and also she will be able to have stable health when she gets older in age.
If she continues the way she is, her health will be affected because she could not be immune to certain diseases, she could feel more fatigue, she could live a shorter life, she could go blind, she could have too much radiation in her body.
