How would you summarize arguments made against and for the Constitution?

Answer: Anti-Federalists advocated a lesser central government, while Federalists supported a stronger government and executive branch. The Federalists opposed a bill of rights, believing that the new constitution was adequate. A bill of rights was requested by the anti-federalists.
