x-2 = 0 

x = 2

x+3 = 0

x = -3

asymptotic:

none 

lim (x-2)(x+3) = (inf -2)(inf+3 ) = inf
x ->inf

lim (x-2)(x+3) = (-inf-2)(-inf+3) = inf
