Answer 10d + .25q = $16.95

Step-by-step explanation:

d = number of dimes

q = 2d + 3 number of quarters

We can sub 2d + 3 in for q, in the first equation.

We get:

.10d + .25(2d + 3) = $16.95

Once we solve this equation we get d = 27. We can plug 27 back into the original equation to get how many quarters.

hope it helps:)!
