This is easy;
[tex] \frac{5x}{2} + \frac{9}{5} = 25[/tex]

[tex] \frac{5x}{2} + \frac{9}{5} = 25 \\ \frac{25x + 18}{10} = 25 \\ 25x + 18 = 250 \\ \frac{250 - 18}{25} = x \\ x = \frac{232}{25} [/tex]
