Hi there!

A few changes include less uses of longer names (ex: Katherine is most likely to go by Katy). Old names have been eliminated (ex: it's rarer for someone to be called Hedwig, etc). And many names have become gender-neutral (ex: some people are naming their daughters James, etc).
