The measure of < JKL = 25+25 = 50 degrees.

Angle JOK = 360 -230 = 130 degrees , (where O is the center of the circle)

< OLK = < OJK = 90 degrees ( tangent to a circle)

< LOK = < JOK = 180 - (90+65) = 180 - 155 = 25 degrees

The solution is: < JKL = 25 +25 = 50 degrees
