In order to know the length of the shadow, we will use a trigonometric function in this case for the data given and the distance we want to find we will use the sine

[tex]\sin (75)=\frac{S}{150}[/tex]

we isolate S

[tex]S=\sin (75)\cdot150=144.89[/tex]

the length of the shadow is 144.89ft
