You want to change this equation to standard form: y=mx+b

Then if you have a graphing calculator enter this and you can find your intercepts.

If you don't have a graphing calculator then use graph paper or sketch a graph and graph the equation.
(the slope being "-3/1" and the y intercept being "9")
