Hello there.

Write the expression in complete factored form s^2+24s+144

Answer: Find factors of it. In this case we have s and 12.
An easy shortcut to get a factor of 24s and 144 is:
Find a number that adds to make 24 and multiplies to make 144.
12 + 12 = 24
12 x 12 = 144.
(s + 12)(s+12)
This can be simplified to :
(s + 12)
².

Hope This Helps You!
