I will try my best to explain them all, the iron curtain was what Joseph stallion had which prevented troops from getting in, now of course it wasn't an actual curtain but it was stallins way of preventing people from getting through, the Truman doctrine stated that Americans would help prevent the spread of communism in west Europe, and the Marshall plan said that we would stop all spread of communism
