Natural monopoly is a monopoly that exists as a result of the high fixed costs one industry has (for example unique raw materials, unique technology,...). Artificial monopoly is a very large film that has somehow managed to drive all of its competitors out of the business, remaining the sole producer in its industry. So, natural monopoly as its name says is natural and justified, artificial is not.
