How much heat is absorbed by a 31g iron skillet when it's tempature rises from 8c to 81c

Heat  = mass * specific_heat * Temperature difference

Heat = 31/1000 * specific heat * (73), needs the iron specific heat. 450 J/kg/C is the value so:

Heat = 31/1000*450*73 = 1018.35 J
