All of these are measures of quantity. They all show you have X amount of something in Y units. The opposite would be qualitative, which can include color, smell, taste (not recommended), texture, etc.

Qualitative: John has blue eyes, and dirty fingers
Quantitative: John has 2 eyes and 10 fingers
