The equation of a circle is:

[tex]\sf~(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2[/tex]

Where [tex]\sf~(h,k)[/tex] is the center of the circle, and [tex]\sf~r[/tex] is the radius.

Plug in what we know:

[tex]\boxed{\sf~(x-10)^2+(y-10)^2=12^2}[/tex]
