The effectiveness of gambling is that there is consequences of whether how much you will lose and how much you're going to earn depending on the odds, there will be a time that you will end up losing much more money and there are time you will earn more, the ineffective of it is that it causes other individuals to be addicted to it, causing them to spend more time in a mere activity that is not even worth on having the time to spend to.
