Percent Error = [ l (accepted value - experimental value) l /accepted value] x 100

Percent Error= [l(3.54ml - 3.65ml)l / 3.54ml] x 100
Percent Error= [(.11)/3.54ml] x 100
Percent Error = [0.0310734463] x 100
Percent Error = 3.11%
Note: the lines l l is absolute value that is why the .11 is not negative. Also, I did not round until the end. Then I round to two decimal places like the numbers in the problem.
