y = mx + c
using the point 0,2
2 = 0 ( 0 ) + c
Hence c = 2
and y = 2

As this line has a slope of zero, so it is a horizontal line (parallel to the x-axis).

As it intersects y-axis at (0,2), then its equation is just y=2
