vertex:
to find x use the formula, -b/2a.
since there is no B, plug in 0
-0/2(2)
x=0
(this is also your axis of symmetry)
To find y plug in x (0) to the equation.
2(0)²+3
2(0)+3
0+3
y=3
So your vertex is (0,3)
