Hi there! To find out how long it it will take her to finish the race, let’s divide the miles from the finish line by the distance traveled per minute. To divide fractions, keep the first fraction, change division into multiplication, and flip the second fraction. 7/8 * 8/3 is 56/24 or 2 1/3 in mixed number form. It will take her 2 1/3 minutes to finish the race.
