Adults should get at least two and a half hours each week of moderate-intensity aerobic physical activity. As stated by the government you need to do this type of activity for at least 10 minutes at a time because intervals shorter than this do not have the same health benefits and are pretty much null if you do intervals shorter than 10 minutes.
