Gallbladder is responsible for storing bile. A gallbladder is an organ located under the liver right above the abdomen. The bile is a liquid stored in the gallbladder that is released by the liver. Bile is a fluid that helps in digestive system by way of breaking fats into fatty acids. Bile is thus important as it has a digestive function for fatty foods inside the body.
