2x= 3y-1
6x-9y= -3
So we can solve in 2 ways.

1- Substitution
2- Summate 2 equations

The 1st solution:
Choose x or y's congruent in one of the equation and find with residual equation.

2x= 3y-1
6x is three times of 2x so 6x= 3(3y-1)
6x= 9y-3

6x-9y=-3
9y-3-9y= -3
0=0

Solution set = (R)

2nd solution;

2x-3y=-1
6x-9y= -3

Multiple the first equation with (-3).

-6x+9y=3
  6x-9y=-3

0=0
Solution set= (R)

Hope it helps!
