Given:
f(x) = 4x^3 - x^2 + 1
g(x) = x - 1

To find: 
f(g(2))
g(2) = 2 - 1 = 1

So,
f(g(2)) = f(1) = 4(1)^3 - (1)^2 + 1  = 4
