3√135 = 9√15

Therefore:
sqrt(135) = sqrt(5*3*9) = sqrt(5) * sqrt(3) * sqrt(9)
Now, sqrt(9) = 3, this means that:
sqrt(135) = 3*sqrt(3)*sqrt(5) = 3√15

Now, for the given:
3√135 = 3 * 3√15 = 9√15
