I believe the best term is aggression. Aggression is overt, often harmful, social interaction with an intention of inflicting damage or other unpleasant upon another individual. The word is used every day to characterize the behavior of others and perhaps even ourselves. We say people are aggressive if they yell at or hit each other, if they cut off others cars in traffic, or even when they smash their fists on the table in frustration.
