The equation of a line in slope-intercept form is

y = mx + b ; where m is the slope and b is the y-intercept

In this case; m = -1/5 and b =5

thus; y = -1/5 x + 5 (the slope-intercept form)

y = -1/5 x + 5

Multiplying all terms by 5

5 y = -x + 25

= x + 5 y - 25 = 0 (in general form)
